OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2010. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed decree #410 to allow the State Property Committee to pass regulatory acts on property appraisal.

The State Property Committee has been charged with ensuring cooperation and coordination of appraisal actions of national administration bodies and other state organizations accountable to the Belarusian government.

The decree has revised the regulation on appraising the cost of objects of civil law rights in Belarus to expand the number of appraisal customers. The latter now also includes criminal prosecution bodies or administrative bodies that need an appraisal.

The decree comes into force six months after the official publication.
