OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2010. 59,9% from 71,4 thousand square meters of total housing square commissioned in Chisinau in January-June 2010 fell to private houses. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, as compared to the same period of 2009 the total square of commissioned housings reduced by 54,7%. In total during this period there were commissioned 554 pieces of housings, 235 out of them – individual houses.

1 billion 45 million leis of investment funds or 56,3% of total volume of earmarked funds were appropriated for construction of housings and other objects of social-cultural significance in January-June 2010.

66,4% of total housing square, commissioned in the country in January-June 2010 fell to Chisinau.
