OJSC N.W.Telecom Appointed Personnel Management Department Director
OREANDA-NEWS. August 25, 2010. Lidiya Nikolayevna Bok who had been heading the Human Resources Policy and Organizational Development Division of the Company was appointed the Personnel Management Department Director of OJSC N.W.Telecom.
Lidiya Nikolayevna Bok was born on 26th January 1960 in the settlement of Krivtsy, Pudozhsky district, Karelian ASSR.
In 1979 she graduated from the Arkhangelsk School of Electric al Communication, having majored in Automatic Electric al Communication , and in 1988 she completed a course of studies at the Leningrad Electrical Engineering Institute of Telecommunications named after Professor M. A. Bonch-Bruyevich , having specialized in Automatic Electric al Communication.
In 2010 – 2001 she underwent professional training at the Academy of National Economy attached to the RF Government under the Personnel Management School programme.
Lidiya Nikolayevna started her work for the Telecommunications industry in 1978 as an internal plant electrician of the Murmansk City Telephone Network.
From 1979 till 1999 she worked for the Pechenga district communication centre of the Murmansk Production and Technology Department of Communication, where she ascended from an electrician to the director of the electrical communication centre.
Since November 1999 she worked as the Deputy General Manager for Personnel Management of OJSC Murmanelektrosvyaz and starting from November 2002 as the Personnel Management Director.
In April 2003 she was moved to the General Directorate of OJSC N.W.Telecom in St. Petersburg, where she headed the Human Resources Policy and Organizational Development Division of the Company.
In 2002 Lidiya Nikolayevna Bok was given the departmental award “Master of Communication”.
In the position of the Personnel Management Department Director of OJSC N.W.Telecom Lidiya Nikolayevna Bok will continue her work on organizational development of the Company in compliance with the corporate strategy and the set goals and objective s, and the implementation of reorganization projects, both local in the framework of OJSC N.W.Telecom and those aimed at forming the organizational structure of the United company.
Married, bringing up a daughter.
