OREANDA-NEWS. August 25, 2010.  The results of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest called “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”, which involved enterprises and organizations of Tomsk region, have been summarized in Tomsk.

SCW OJSC (is a part of TVEL Fuel Company of Rosatom) has won the first prize in the category called “For Healthy Lifestyle Development at the Enterprise”.

In the first half of 2010 the Yantar sport club held 59 public sport events which engaged about 5,000 people. The subdivisions of the integrated plant held 50 events and involved 4,500 people.

There are about 60 health groups and 16 sport sections at the sport facilities of the integrated plant.

In the first half of 2010 elite sport brought a lot of success to the integrated plant. During the last field competition called “Atomiada” the SCW personnel decently represented the integrated plant and won the first prize in the regional competitions and the second prize as a part of a Siberian team in the final competition of “Atomiada-2010”. In the final of the field competition there were won 27 gold, 30 silver and 3 bronze medals. The SCW sportsmen team traditionally won the first prize in the Workmen Sport Competition of Tomsk Region.

Healthy lifestyle is one of the main traditions of Siberian nuclear scientists. It speaks about careful attitude to each SCW employee and contributes to more efficient implementation of production goals of Rosatom State Corporation and TVEL Fuel Company.
