In accordance with order of FSA Chairman dated July 16, 2010 No. 186 license of BTA Bank's subsidiary - Temirbank dated July 30, 2008 No. 0407100254 for custody activities on the stock market was terminated due to voluntary waiver and the license for banking operations and other operations on the stock market was reregistered due to a change of licensee's name to Temirbank JSC (license of July 16, 2010 No. 107).
