As winner of a public auction held by MRSK Center and Volga Area OJSC for bidders to compete for the right to enter into agreements to open nonrevolving credit lines to the company, Sviaz-Bank is going to make a loan of 2 billion rubles to the company to finance its investment program and business operations, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The loan will remain in effect for 42 months, with a drawdown period for tranches of at least 36months within the framework of the credit lines.

MRSK Center and Volga Area OJSC is the principal supplier of services such as electric power transmission and connection of power consumers to electric power networks in Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, and Tula regions, and also in the Republic of Mariy El and the Udmurtian Republic. The company’s majority shareholder, MRSK Holding Company OJSC holds a 50.4% interest in its authorized capital.
