OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2010. A new technological line for newly-hatched fish fodders will be put into operation at Gatchina Mixed Fodder Factory by the end of 2010. It was announced at the conference “Topical problems of veterinary and zootechnics”, conducted within the framework of the international agro-industrial exhibition and fair “Agrorus 2010” , organized in “Lenexpo” exhibition complex.

The Factory started to work with fish fodders in 2006 and has become one of the leading manufacturers of industrial fish-breeding fodders. But it still has not got any department, specializing in newly-hatched fish fodders, which stopped the development of industrial fish breeding in the region.

According to Alexey Yapontsev, the leading fish fodders specialist of Gatchina Factory, the new line will have the best and modern equipment, supplied by the Danish company “Andritz Sprout”. It will enable the factory to manufacture the high quality production.
