OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2010. Investment and commercial bank NIKOIL CJSC has renewed process of recapitalization.

The Azerbaijani  State Securities Committee (ASSC ) informed,  the prospectus of issue of the bank’s shares with the state registration number AZ10010091P was registered. The bank obtained  the right to private placement of 8,270,640 shares with par value of AZN 0.2 each.
