OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2010. AccessBank has opened two new sub-branches to improve client service

AccessBank opened two additional sub-branches in Baku – Hazi Aslanov and Binegedi, with the objective of making its non-credit products more accessible for the local population. Taking into account heavy traffic in the city center, these offices were opened in residential areas, close to the respective underground stations of the same name. This was done in order to save clients time and make journeys to the bank more comfortable.  In the Binegedi branch AccessBank has created a ‘children’s corner’ – a first in a bank in Azerbaijan – here small children can play or watch cartoons while their parents can calmly complete their bank transaction.

General Manager of AccessBank, Dr. Andrew Pospielovsky, said, “The number of AccessBank customers is increasing every day and we continually strive to improve our service, including by opening additional branches in locations more convenient for  our  clients.  The creation of a children’s corner in our Binegedi branch – a first in a bank in Azerbaijan, will give parents with small children the opportunity to talk with our advisers undisturbed and is another small step to make our bank more Accessible.”

These sub-branches will provide a full range of non-credit products offered by AccessBank. Services include current and savings accounts, money transfer systems and VISA plastic cards. In addition, existing client of AccessBank will be able to make repayments for any AccessBank loan or deposit or withdraw funds from any of AccessBank account, irrespective of in which branch the loan or accounts was originally created.
