OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2010. The issues on further development of the capital city, formation of modern utility, social and transport infrastructure of the city were discussed in the Institution.

Such new facilities of the city as a media center, the Palace of Pupils' Art, the Museum of History of Kazakhstan, and a roofed residential estate were presented to the President.

The President also familiarized himself with the project "Elimination of the Taldykol Sewage Pond with Reclamation in Astana" providing reconstruction of purification plants and elimination of a sewage pond on the Taldykol Lake.
