OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2010. Emergency Cash is the first such service introduced in Azerbaijan. Due to the service, which is provided for owners of plastic cards of class Gold and Platinum, clients who can face difficulties over loss or theft of a card, will receive immediate help from Bank Standard, reported the press-centre of Bank Standard.

A client, who loses her/his card during foreign trip, can call to the bank to get an urgent money transfer by means of system Western Union at the rate of the rest of funds  in his card account.

In order to use service, the client should call to the bank’s information center: (+994 12) 158. After the client answers an operator’s security questions, the bank will make a money transfer and will inform  a  client about a code, by means of which the client will be able to receive transferred funds in the nearest servicing point of  Western Union.
