Turkmen Exchange Concluded 38 Transactions
OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2010. 38 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
The businessmen from Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and the British territory concluded the transactions in the foreign currency for low-sulphur fuel oil, TC-1 aviation kerosene and polypropylene produced Turkmenbashi oil refineries. Liquefied gas from the Nayip terminal was bought by the businessmen from the United Kingdom. Carbon black К-354 (Turkmenhimiya State Concern) is the choice of the Russian buyers. Ginned cotton, denim, cotton yarn, licorice extract, one-coloured and jacquard towels, terry bathrobes were bought for the foreign currency. The buyer-countries: Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Italy. The transactions concluded in the foreign currency totalled over USD 57.199 million.
The businessmen from Russia, the United States, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, India, the Virgin Islands concluded the transactions in deposit manats for cotton yarn, cottonseed oil, cotton cake, dyed terry articles including napkins, towels, bedsheets. The transactions concluded in deposit manats totalled over 31.175 million manats.
