OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2010. Leningrad Region will traditionally demonstrate the largest and most diverse exposition at the International Agro-industrial Exhibition and Fair “Agrorus”, which will take place in “Lenexpo” exhibition and congress center on August 23-29, 2010.

According to the Information Policy Department of the Leningrad Region Administration, 160 enterprises and 12 Region districts have already confirmed their participation. Besides agricultural food manufacturers exhibition Regional Stand will introduce achievements in selection, genetics and etc, provided by the field scientific centers. Outside exposition will please guests with a popular fish market. Live trout, carp, sturgeon, African cat-fish, some Ladoga fish and different fish products will be available during all exhibition period.  Besides, guests and participants will be able to try delicious fish dishes in the outside fish restaurant. All products will be supplied by the fish industry complex of Leningrad Region.

Animal exposition in the Pavilion 8 of “Lenexpo” complex will be the exhibition novelty in 2010. Meat and dairy cattle, goats, sheep, fur-bearing animals from 16 different farm enterprises will form a miniature model of all livestock breeding sector of the Region.

“This year successful selling is especially important for agricultural products manufacturers due to the numerous weather cataclysms. All exhibition participants, representing Leningrad Region, hope to find new partners and markets, and strengthen their market positions due to the high product quality,” – explained the specialists of the Leningrad Region Committee of agro and fish – industry complex.
