OREANDA-NEWS. August 19, 2010. Kazakhtelecom (Astana, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held September 20, 2010 at 15:00 p.m., reported the press-centre of KASE.

The shareholders will have to determine TOO "Ernst and Young" as an organization to audit Y2010 consolidated financial statements.
 
The meeting will be held at 31 Abay ave., Astana, assembly hall. To attend - register 13:00 p.m. through 14:30 p.m.

The list of shareholders, entitled to attend the meeting, will be compiled as on August 20, 2010.

Should attending parties fail to have the quorum; the recurrent meeting will be held October 1, 2010 at the same time at the address as above.

Shareholders may get familiarized with materials on the agenda 10 days before the meeting at 31 Abay, Astana; 240b Furmanov str., Almaty.
