OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2010.  In today’s interview for Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper, Alexander Volovnik told about the Bank’s policy focused on financial support and lending for hi-tech and science based industries.

The most serious problem in development of the national economy is the switch to the new intellectual dimension of the industrial sector. “Russia possesses strengths and potential for a massive break-through. And much better will be if we do it using global experience, best technologies and advanced knowledge, instead of trying to borrow from the past, being guided by outdated achievements”.
