OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2010. A meeting of the Board of Directors of Far East Telecom was held, by decision of which the new lineup of the Board was determined and the term of its powers.

In accordance with the Company’s Charter, the functions of the Chairman of the Management Board were assigned to Andrey Balatsenko, the General Director of Far East Telecom.

The lineup of the board includes the following members:

1. Alexander V. Potosky - deputy general director, technical director of Far East Telecom;

2. Elena Ya. Simonova - deputy general director, HR director of Far East Telecom;

3. Ivan A. Lyubushkin - deputy general director, head of economics and finance at Far East Telecom;

4. Vitaly I. Dobrovolsky - deputy general director, head of security and corporate secrecy at Far East Telecom;

5. Andrey K. Sun - deputy general director, head of business development at Far East Telecom;

6. Elena V. Sidorova – Chief Accountant of Far East Telecom;

7. Igor T. Shabanov - deputy general director, head of Primorie branch of Far East Telecom;

The Board of Directors of Far East Telecom determined the term of powers of the Management Board from August 3, 2010 until August 2, 2011 inclusive.
