SORAINEN assisted Bite, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Baltics, in devising legal solutions for a mobile network modernisation project involving deployment of a brand new nationwide 2G/3G/4G mobile network for Bite in Latvia, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

Specialists have termed this the largest mobile network modernisation project in the Baltic telecommunications sector in recent years. SORAINEN advised Bite on supply, swap, installation, maintenance and support of telecommunications equipment and other contractual project aspects, further assisting in negotiations with Huawei, a major global telecommunications solutions provider, which was selected as supplier of the new Bite network.
