OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2010. The press-service of Central Bank informs that quantity of cash-dispensers in Azerbaijan Republic on 1st of July 2010 was 1777 pieces. In comparison with the same period of last year this index more on a 189 pieces. On 1st of July of current year 995 cash-dispensers located in Baku, 782 of them in other cities and regions, reported the press-centre of CBA.

In this period the quantity of Pos-terminals in Azerbaijan Republic was 8815. In comparison with the same period of last year this indicator 283 pieces more. At present period 8028 pos-terminals located in Baku city, 787 of them are in other regions.

Payment cards on turnover in Azerbaijan Republic on 1st of July 2010 were 4148 pieces. In comparison with the same period of last year this index more on a 11,4%.

The quantity of bank operations made with payment cards and pos-terminals was 3499. 95,0% from this was a debit card.
