Effective August 16, 2010 the number of ordinary stocks of Synergy, Co.   (RTS Classica ticker – SYNG, T+0 Market ticker – SYNGG) will be changed, due to the cancellation of the individual number (code) 002D of the state registration number 1-01-55052-E-002D as of January 12, 2010.

The number of ordinary stocks before the change –  14,320,000 stocks, after the change – 18,920,000 stocks.
