The meeting was also attended by State Minister Victor Bodiu.
The sides discussed cooperation opportunities between Moldova and Singapore in the field of e-transformation and e-government.
Vlad Filat thanked Chin Siong Seah for willingness to help Moldova borrow Singapore's experience.
The premier said that Moldova was interested in intensifying cooperating within the framework of the agreement signed in December 2009, specifying that joint projects would surely be successful.
For his part, Chin Siong Seah said that his country had a rich experience in the field of e-transformation and was willing to provide Moldova with expertise and technical assistance.
"We are willing to send two or three experts to make an assessment of the situation and subsequently, to come with specific proposals, in order to make the granted assistance really useful for Moldova," said Chin Siong Seah.
He added that the E-transformation and e-government sectors should be included in the programme "Rethink Moldova" launched in March 2010.
Chin Siong Seah pointed out that the visit to Singapore in late August by a Moldovan delegation headed by State Minister Victor Bodiu would mobilize Moldova to implement these innovations.
The premier said that the delegation of Singapore experts was very important for Moldova because our goal was to correctly and efficiently implement these projects from the beginning.
