OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2010.  The oldest private bank in Azerbaijan, DemirBank, has resumed the process of recapitalization.

The State Committee for Securities reports that an issue prospectus of DemirBank’s shares it registered has state registration number AZ100100014P. The Bank has the right to issue 5 million shares with par value of 0.2 manats each.
