OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2010. Over 400 students of universities, technical colleges and technical vocational school will acquire practical professional experience at JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” enterprises. Among them there are 100 field-oriented student of Siberian Federal University receiving their pre-graduation training with the company.

All the conditions have been provided for the students to be successfully instructed in thermal power engineering fundamentals. Experienced highly competent specialists are appointed to be their supervisors within production subdivisions of the company. At the young people's disposal are laboratories, a library and technical and other documentation required for successful completion of the practical training course and preparation of personal projects.

Experience of practical work activities with a leading company is an important factor of students’ and graduates’ professional growth.

JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”, interested in recruiting young specialists, has cooperated with universities, technical colleges and technical vocational school of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia. Training qualified thermal power engineering specialists and their further placement with energy sector enterprises is a task to be jointly solved by energy companies and educational institutions. Siberian Federal University, Khakassia Technical Institute, Kansk Polytechnic College, Nazarovo Technical College for Energy Facilities Construction and a number of other educational institutions have successfully cooperated with JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” in training energy sector specialists for many years.

Last year JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” concluded an agreement on training qualified professionals to be employed by thermal power engineering enterprises with Siberian Federal University. Managers of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” communicate to students of Siberian Federal University at all stages of the educational process and deliver lectures at the Thermal Power Engineering Faculty. Managers of the company inclusive of Executive Director Yevgeny Zhadovets have taken part in work of qualifications commissions and diploma projects defence activities for several years running. Students having demonstrated solid professional knowledge are invited to gain practical experience at JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” enterprises. Jointly with management of Siberian Federal University one arranges discussions of the sector development prospects and requirements to qualifications of future specialists in thermal power engineering.

From the pool of graduates having received practical training at JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” enterprises the company’s HR services elects young specialists to fill in vacancies with the company branches. Thus, in 2010, one plans to employ a number of young professionals to occupy vacant positions with Krasnoyarsk CHP-4. The enterprise would gladly provide for placement of graduates as well.
