OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2010. Ministry of Construction and Regional Development offers to acquire the tender documents to the companies that want to participate in the construction of 563 two-room and three-room houses in Leuseni and Nemteni villages of Hincesti region. As it was informed in the Ministry, during 10 days the construction companies may apply to the Main Department of Architecture, Construction and Housing under the Ministry to get information and acquire a package of tender documents at the price of 200 leis.

After that, the suggestions will be opened and the companies, corresponding to the requirements of public tenders, will be selected. At the same time, a special emphasis will be made on own capabilities of the companies, their experience and good reputation. Thus, the selected companies must have their own material-technical base, qualified stuff and serious turnover that guarantee the qualitative execution of works in the fixed terms. “We expect the participation of about 100 companies out of which near 20 will be selected,” – said the Minister of Construction and Regional Development Marcel Raducan.

According to him, during 3 months about 700 houses must be built, thus, the Ministry will control very strictly all the stages of project implementation. As it was reported before, three parcels under construction of houses were selected: near Leuseni village, where the village Cotul Morii and some part of Saratani village will be moved, and 556 houses will be built; in Obileni village where 25 houses will be built; and in the upper part of Nemteni village, where 115 houses will be built. The housing will be of three types: two-room, three-room, four-and more-room depending on family structure.
