OREANDA-NEWS. August 11, 2010. We are please to advise you that ZAO UniCredit Bank (Moscow) has acted as a Mandated Lead Arranger on up to USD 1,500,000,000 Pre-Export Term Loan Facility Agreement (the ’Facility’) arranged for Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft (‘Gazprom Neft’ or the ‘Company’) successfully signed on 30 July 2010.

The Facility was initially launched at USD 1 billion and was well received in the market resulting in an increase to a total of USD 1.35 billion at close of the Senior Syndication. 

The transaction is structured as a pre-export syndicated loan facility with a term of 5 years.

The proceeds of the Facility will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing of existing indebtedness of the Company.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Natixis SA and Societe Generale acted as Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners.

Besides ZAO UniCredit Bank (Moscow), a group of seven reputable international banks joined the Facility at Senior Syndication.

General Syndication will be launched imminently.
