OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2010. Azerbaijani banks have begun to respond to the growing demand for money transfers between Azerbaijan and China.

DemirBank informs that jointly with the Association of Students of Azerbaijan (ATB) it launched a new program for Chinese citizens living in Azerbaijan.

"It is aimed at providing them with information about the benefits of remittances between countries through DemirBank. Within DemirBank’s co-operation with ATB and international student organization IAESTE a woman student of Sichuan International University is to participate in student exchange program for two months. The program includes informational meetings on remittances between China and Azerbaijan. In addition, thanks to the opportunity of familiarizing with work of various departments and branches of the Bank the student will also receive practical knowledge on her speciality.”
