OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2010. Board of Directors of OJSC Far East Telecom was held. By decision of Board of Directors a new composition of the Managing Executive Committee was elected and its terms of powers were determined.

According to the Articles of the Company, the functions of the Chairman of the Managing Executive Committee are implemented by the Director General of OJSC Far East Telecom – Balatsenko Andrey Vladimirovich.

Members of the Managing Executive Committee are:

1. Pototskiy Aleksander Valeryevich – Deputy Director General - Technical Director of OJSC Far East Telecom;

2. Simonova Elena Yakovlevna – Deputy Director General of OJCS Far East Telecom – Human resources Director of OJCS Far East Telecom;

3. Liubushkin Ivan Aleksandrovich – Deputy Director General – Economy and Finances Director of OJSC Far East Telecom;

4. Dobrovolskiy Vitaliy Ivanovich – Deputy Director General – Safety and Information Security Procedures Director of OJSC Far East Telecom;

5. Sun Andrey Kibonovich – Deputy Director General – Business Development Director of OJSC Far East Telecom;

6. Sidorova Elena Vitalyevna – Chief Accountant of OJSC Far East Telecom;

7. Shabanov Igor Timofeevich – Deputy Director General – Primosrky branch of OJSC Far East Telecom;

Board of Directors of OJCS Far East Telecom has determined the term of powers of the Executive Managing Committee to be from August 03, 2010 till August 02, 2011, both dates inclusive.
