OREANDA-NEWS. August 9, 2010. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan paid AZN 88 million 927 thousand to the State Budget for July of the current year. For January-July 2010, SOCAR transferred AZN 602 million 899 thousand to the State Budget that is AZN 106 million 463 thousand or 121,4% more against payments for the same period of 2009.

Besides, the Company’s payment to the State Social Protection Fund made AZN 11 million 856 thousand in July 2010 that is AZN 3 million 284 thousand (138,3%) more compared to the same period of 2009. In general, the January-July payments to State Social Protection Fund totaled AZN 73 million 113 thousand that is AZN 11 million 718 thousand (119,1%) more against the payments for the same term in 2009.
