OREANDA-NEWS. August 9, 2010. Belarus’ OAO Belsolod reported a 130% increase in malt export in the first six months of 2010 to 12,107 tonnes, a source in the company told.

In July, the company is likely to export 8,000 tonnes of malt.

Supplies to the domestic market dropped 31.3% to 16,866 tonnes.

Belsolod produced 24,966 tonnes of malt in January-June 2010, down 44% on the year.

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
