Starting from August 6, 2010 the additional issue of ordinary shares of Bank of Moscow (state registration number 10102748B013D as of 24.02.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS markets in the amount of 21,632,017 shares. The principal and additional issues will be trading under the same ticker (RTS Classica ticker – MMBM, RTS T+0 Market ticker – MMBMG). The number of ordinary stocks before the change – 158,367,983 stocks, after the change – 180,000,000 stocks.
