OREANDA-NEWS. August 09, 2010. Zakar Boyajyan is appointed First Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of “Unibank”. Earlier Zakar Boyajyan was holding the post of Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board – Chief Risk Officer, reported the press-centre of Unibank.

Zakar Boyajyan was born on June 1, 1966. In 1993 he finished the post-graduate course of the Yerevan State Economic Institute and graduated from the American University in Armenia. The length of service in the finance and banking sphere is 18 years. He held leading positions at the Central Bank of Armenia, Ministry of Finance, in a number of commercial banks and international organizations, including “Eurasia” Fund.   

Among the priority directions of the Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board is formation of a new method of cooperation with customers, development of sale model for all the business sectors, management of retail and corporative business, risks management.  

Mesrop Hakopyan, the Card Business Director, is appointed Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board - Retail Business Director. The Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board-Director of Corporate Business Crediting Ara Avagyan is appointed Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board- Director of Corporate Business.
