OREANDA-NEWS. August 09, 2010. The tenor of the loan is three years.

Under the loan agreement, the security is a guarantee of OJSC Rosneft Oil Company’s another subsidiary – OJSC Angarsk Oil-Chemical Company, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The borrower intends to spend the loan on replenishing its working assets and for general corporate purposes.

In 2009 Nordea Bank issued LLC NeftTradeGroup the first credit facility totalling 36.5 mln EUR.

As of now, Nordea Bank is one of the Company’s main lenders.
