OREANDA-NEWS. August 6, 2010.  Azerbaijan’s Improtex Group has expanded its activities.

The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan informs that this July Improtex Industries Ltd passed state registration with charter capital of 100 manats. The Company is headed by Khanoglan Guliyev and Improtex Trucks & Buses is its founder shareholder.
