OREANDA-NEWS. August 6, 2010. A meeting of the Board of Directors was held and resolved to set up the Management Board of 13 people. The term of office of the new Management Board was set from August 1, 2010 to July 31, 2011.

The Management Board is a collegial executive body responsible for arranging implementation of resolutions adopted by the general meeting of shareholders and by the Board of Directors. The Management Board drafts proposals regarding main areas of activity, approves internal control procedures, decides on HR and social policies, as well as on other issues falling to its competence.
