OREANDA-NEWS. August 6, 2010. Bohdan, the major car maker in Ukraine, has increased production of passenger cars by 1.8% mom to 1,885 vehicles in July 2010, company representative announced July 5. Meanwhile, the production of cars has grown increased by 1.6% yoy.

Millennium Capital considers the news as positive for LUAZ. Millennium Capital sees the possibility of the further growth of car production in reinitiation of the retail lending which is expected to commence in 4Q2010-1Q2011. Besides company will benefit from recovery in municipal finances that will bring the orders for public transportation vehicles in 2011.
