OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2010. Ministry of Transport and Communications and the State Department for bankruptcy in order to protect the corporate rights of the state and avoid the artificial bankruptcy of JSC "Izyum Locomotive Plant" have until the end of August to determine the possibility of subsequent enterprise readjustment procedure

This decision was taken at a meeting of the Interagency Commission on combating illegal takeovers chaired by the Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Sivkovych.

In this case the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine during August should undertake further investigation on the involvement of the founders and officers of the Trading House "Izyum Locomotive Plant" to the artificial creation of accounts of the Company and bring it to a state of bankruptcy.

The investigation is recommended to be controlled by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
