OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2010. AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” (hereinafter referred to as – Krajbanka) has terminated its participation in the joint-stock company “Ieguldijumu parvaldes sabiedriba “LKB Krajfondi””, registration no. 40003605043, and in the joint-stock company “Ieguldijumu parvaldes sabiedriba “LKB Asset Management””, registration no.40003818124, by selling all of the afore mentioned companies’ shares owned by Krajbanka to the company AB “Finasta Holding”, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

It was already notified that in April 2010 Krajbanka concluded the contract with the company AB “Finasta Holding” on sale of the Krajbanka’s shares in AS “Ieguldijumu parvaldes sabiedriba “LKB Krajfondi”” and AS “Ieguldijumu parvaldes sabiedriba “LKB Asset Management””.

The contract was concluded within implementation of the strategy, developed by Snoras financial group, which foresees that the company AB “Finasta Holding” shall ensure management of all investment assets of the group Snoras (which also owns Krajbanka), thus optimizing development of the investment services offered on the market of Latvia and Lithuania.
