From the beginning of its activity Ipoteka-bank has granted over 107.2 billion soums credits to 4,827 individuals for the acquisition of housing and the accomplishment of housing conditions.

Thus, during the first half year 2010, Ipoteka-bank granted 13.9 billion soums to 310 individuals for the acquisition of housing and private housing building or reconstruction.
