OREANDA-NEWS. August 05, 2010. Half-year freight traffic volume via Nakhodka Commercial Sea Port JSC dropped by 13.8% from H1, 2009, to 3.71 million tons. In July, the port’s throughput decline continued reaching just 73% of last year’s July, Yuri Dorogan, Managing Director of the stevedoring company said in an interview with the press office of Evraz Holding (a stockholder of Nakhodka CSP).

Nakhodka Commercial Sea Port is the main stevedore operating at the port of Nakhodka. The company is owned by Evraz industrial group for exporting its products to Asian countries. Last year, the stevedoring company reported it transshipped 7,8 million tons for export.
