OREANDA-NEWS. August 5, 2010. Bohdan, the major car maker in Ukraine, has increased production of buses and trolleybuses by 6.1% mom to 105 vehicles in July 2010, the company representative announced on July 4. Meanwhile, the production of buses and trolleybuses has been increased by more than 4x or 80 vehicles on the yoy base. In general, in January - July, the corporation raised the production of the mentioned vehicles about 3x or 342 units compared to the same period of 2009.

Millennium Capital considers the news as positive for LUAZ, as these data reflect a growing demand for public transportation in both Ukraine and the CIS countries. It is in line with Millennium Capital’s expectations of the market recovery at the beginning of 2011.
