OREANDA-NEWS. August 05, 2010. According to the experts of the Real Estate Agency LARA, the reduction of prices for such houses coincides with reduction in housing prices in Chisinau and amounts to 5-10%.

The specialists advice to take into account the fact that price reduction by 5-10% comes out when reckon in Euros the purchasing power of which reduced over the first six months of 2010 against USD and MDL approximately by 20%.

In January-June 2010 any significant changes at the market of summer plots and buildings weren’t registered as compared to 2009. The tendencies of the last year were not only preserved but also became well-established.

The reduction of investment inflow from abroad and submarginal economic conditions in combination with reduction of living standards and effect of improvement expectations resulted in reduction of demand for cottages and, respectively, in decrease of transactions number and their prices.
