OREANDA-NEWS. August 4, 2010. The meeting of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre took place. In the course of the meeting the Board of Directors’ plan of work for 2010-2011 was approved, as well as personal member structures of the following Committees of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre: the Committee for Strategy and Development, the Committee for Audit, the Reliability Committee, the Committee for Personnel and Remuneration, the Committee for Technological Connection to Power Grids were elected.

Mikhail Kurbatov, Deputy General Director of IDGC Holding, JSC, was elected to the position of the Chairman of the Committee for Strategy and Development of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre. Representatives of IDGC Holding, JSC; IDGC of Centre; Halcyon International; “Prosperity Capital Management (RF) Ltd.”, “Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine”, JSC became the members of the Committee.

Alexey Perepelkin, Deputy General Director for Corporate Government and Property of IDGC Holding, JSC, was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Committee for Audit of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Committee included members of the Board of Directors — representatives of IDGC Holding, JSC; “Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine”, JSC; “Prosperity Capital Management (RF) Ltd.”.

Olga Zuykova, Head of the Directorate for Production Control and Labour Protection of IDGC Holding, JSC, headed the Reliability Committee of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre. Representatives of IDGC Holding, JSC; branch of “SO UES”, JSC – Interregional Dispatching Office of Centre; IDGC of Centre; “Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine”, JSC; “Prosperity Capital Management (RF) Ltd.” became the members of the Committee.

Alexandr Popov, Deputy General Director — Head of Apparatus of IDGC Holding, JSC was elected to the position of the Chairman of the Committee for Personnel and Remuneration of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre. The Committee included members of the Board of Directors — representatives of IDGC Holding, JSC; “Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine”, JSC; Company “Prosperity Capital Management (RF) Ltd”.

Sergey Chebotaryov, Head of the Department for Power Policy of “Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine”, JSC, was elected to the position of the Chairman of the Committee for Technological Connection to Power Grids of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre. Representatives of IDGC Holding, JSC; branch of “SO UES”, JSC – Interregional Dispatching Office of Centre; IDGC of Centre; Company “Prosperity Capital Management (RF) Ltd” became the members of the Committee.   

Technical Policy of IDGC of Centre in the field of information technologies as amended was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors.
