OREANDA-NEWS. August 4, 2010. The Ingosstrakh branch in Novosibirsk paid 1.1 mln rubles in connection with damage of wheat crops of an agricultural enterprise located in the Novosibirsk Region. The spring wheat crops on the area of 4779 ha were insured under the Contract. The insured amount is 37.9 mln rubles.

The insured event was a dangerous weather phenomenon in one of the districts of the Novosibirsk Region – hurricane wind that blasted the spring wheat crops on part of the cultivated area. Ingosstrakh adjusted the loss and paid the insurance indemnity in full.

The insured crops are pledged to the Novosibirsk regional branch of Rosselkhozbank.
