ANRCETI Starts Survey of Users on Mobile Communication Service Quality
OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2010. According to the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI), the questionnaire is posted on web-site of the Agency (www.anrceti.md) in “Want to know Your opinion” section.
The visitors of web-site may answer the questions on-line. The survey is carried out in the period when the Agency analyses the quality of mobile telephony services in order to elaborate the action plan on their improvement. For this purpose in July the ANRCETI approved a working group, consisted of representatives of the Agency, of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication, of the National Radio Frequency Center, of mobile providers Orange Moldova, Moldcell and Moldtelecom.
The working group must devise the methods on ensuring the radio signal coverage from mobile telephone networks of the whole territory of the country, as well as uninterruptedness and reliability of mobile communication services.
The ANRCETI appealed to the users of mobile telephony for taking part in the survey and for speaking about service quality, if desired, by sending their comments and proposals to the postal address of ANRCETI (134 Stefan cel Mare str., Chisinau) or to its e-mail office@anrceti.md, or communicating them by the phone number of Green Line 080080080. By this number the users from any locality of the country can call for free.
