OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2010. Administration of Chelyabinsk is working to enhance effectiveness of the urban transport services. The innovations here imply regular monitoring of the transport system and analysis of passenger flow by special commissions in each district of the city.

Currently, the administration runs GLONASS experiment. The navigation equipment has been installed on 60 buses, which are monitored in real-time.
