Kimberly-Clark Improves Business Intelligence in Russian Network
OREANDA-NEWS. August 2, 2010. Kimberly-Clark Corporation recently improved sales data analysis efficiency in its Russian distribution network, with performance data on more than one hundred Kimberly-Clark distributors now being collected and analyzed on a daily basis using a Business Intelligence (BI) system based on IBM Cognos 8 BI. CROC implemented the system within a three month time frame.

CROC NSI Suite, a part of the BI system, helps unify and represent sales data from various viewpoints including sales channel, territory, and sales manager and representative responsibility.

The scope of the project included data warehouse development; business intelligence system deployment based on IBM Cognos 8 BI; Master Data Management (MDM) system implementation based on CROC NSI Suite; and Sales Force Tool add-ons for managing sales representatives.
