Bank CenterCredit (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned document:

- FSA approved the report on the bank shares placement results;

- the issue is divided into 260,750,745 common and 39,249,255 preferred shares;

- the bank shares issue was included into the State Serial Securities Register under number А3628;

- as of June 15, 20108 were not placed 98,293,945 shares, its authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT69,751,178,600.00.
