OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2010. Sviaz-Bank paid on schedule the full amount of interest accrued on the thirteenth coupon of its Series 01 bonds (the issue carries official registration number 40101470B of April 2, 2007), reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 16% per annum, or 39rubles 89 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid 1,047,990 rubles 8kopecks in coupon interest.

Sviaz-Bank offered its first-ever four-year bond issue on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 26, 2007, to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank itself acted as managing underwriter of the issue.
