OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent for the Southern Telecommunications Company OJSC to pay interest on the third coupon on the company’s Series BO-01 bonds (official registration number 4В02-01-00062-А of October 9, 2009), reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 11% per annum, or 27 rubles 42 kopecks per security. In all, the aggregate interest of 54,830,197 rubles, less tax, was paid.

The Southern Telecommunications Company OJSC floated its three-year Series BO-01 bonds on October 21, 2009, to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted at managing underwriter and agent bank for the issue.
