OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2010. State Commission on Securities and Stock Market is ordered to monitor by July 30, this year official publications on the subject of publication available on the convening of general meetings of shareholders of JSC Holding Company Kyivmiskbud.

If the convening and holding general meetings of JSC Holding Company Kyivmiskbud would have place - to control the registration of shareholders who came to attend the general meeting, and to present materials by mid-August this year to the Interdepartmental Commission summarizing findings regarding the situation around the company.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on combating illegal acquisitions and takeover of companies headed by the Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Sivkovych.
