OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2010. OJSC “Investtradebank” arranged a training seminar in the “Semigorye” hotel on the right bank of Volga, devoted to mortgage programmes to be put into operation in the regional subdivisions. This training was arranged for heads of retail business, representing 19 branches of the Bank, reported the press-centre of Investtradebank.  

In the framework of this seminar the heads of the Retail Operations Department of Investtradebank summarized the results of work of the retail business block in the first half of this year and discussed the strategy for development of this field in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2010. During the lectures on mortgage products the seminar participants familiarized themselves with the legal framework, technologies and instruments, tariffs and conditions, the business process for extension and maintenance of mortgage loans. During the training the participants in the game form registered a mortgage transaction. The seminar resulted in testing of employees of the regional branches.

The place for conducting of this training seminar had been selected not just casually. The country hotel “Semigorye” is a successful investment project of Investtradenank. It is located in the Ivanovo region and is at the same time an excellent recreation centre and a site to arrange various business events: conferences, presentations, seminars, trainings and business meetings.
